1. Definitions

  • "Packzey", "we", "us", "our" — Packzey General Trading, operator of this website.
  • "You", "your" — any person who accesses the website or purchases from it.
  • "Digital Goods" — downloadable digital products and library access sold on this site, including vector graphics, packaging layouts, branding templates and UI/UX components.
  • "Access Period" — the time window (for example 7 or 30 days) during which you may download assets from the library after purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and accuracy

We work hard to describe our Digital Goods accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrectly displayed price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for any legitimate reason, including suspected fraud or license abuse; if payment was already taken, it will be refunded.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. Full payment is due at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Delivery of Digital Goods

Digital Goods are delivered electronically. Your download access details are provided right after your payment is confirmed, by email and/or through your account. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address. No physical product will be shipped.

7. Access Periods

Library access runs for the Access Period stated on the product you purchase, starting when your payment is confirmed. During the Access Period you may download assets without limit. Assets you download during the Access Period remain yours to use under the license below after the period ends; access to download new assets stops when the period expires.

8. License and Master Resell Rights

Subject to full payment, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use downloaded assets, which includes Master Resell Rights (MRR). Under this license you may:

  • Use the assets in personal, commercial and client projects.
  • Modify and adapt the assets.
  • Resell the assets you downloaded, individually or as part of your own products.

You may not:

  • Share, sell or otherwise transfer your library access credentials.
  • Represent the entire Packzey library, or access to it, as your own service.
  • Use the assets in unlawful, defamatory or infringing material.

9. Intellectual property

All website content — including the site design, logos, text and the structure of the library — is owned by Packzey or its licensors. Except for the asset license granted above, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes, not to interfere with its operation, and to keep any account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

11. Refunds

Refunds for Digital Goods are governed by our Refund Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the purchase giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, including any breach of the license in Section 8. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9 and 12) will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Packzey General Trading is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
