Refund policy

1. All sales are final
Everything sold on Packzey is a digital product — library access and downloadable design assets, delivered electronically right after your payment is confirmed. Because digital content cannot be returned once it has been made available, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Please review the product description, the Terms of Service and your plan's access window carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure about anything, ask us first — we're happy to help before you buy.
2. Why we can't offer refunds
Your access pass activates the moment payment is confirmed, and the full library becomes available for download immediately. Unlike a physical product, downloaded files cannot be "given back" — which is why refunds are not available once an order is placed.
3. EU and UK customers
If you are in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content, this right lapses once delivery begins with your consent. By completing checkout you expressly consent to the digital content being made available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
4. If something goes wrong on our side
No refunds doesn't mean no support. We will always make it right when the problem is ours:
- Failed delivery — your payment succeeded but you never received access: we will restore or redirect your access promptly.
- Defective files — a downloaded file is corrupted or materially different from its description: we will provide a working replacement.
- Billing errors — if you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, the duplicate charge will be corrected.
Report any issue through our Contact page with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We respond within 2 business days.
5. Questions before you buy
Check the FAQs or message us via the Contact page — we'd rather answer ten questions before your purchase than have you buy the wrong plan.
