1. Nothing is shipped — everything is digital
Every product sold on Packzey is a digital product: library access and downloadable design assets. There are no physical goods, no packages, no couriers and no shipping costs — ever. Any "shipping" step shown by the payment provider at checkout does not apply to your order.
2. How delivery works
- Your order is delivered electronically, right after your payment is confirmed.
- Access details arrive by email at the address you enter at checkout, and are also available through your account if you create one.
- Downloads are served over a high-speed CDN, so even large vector packs arrive in seconds.
3. Access windows
Your access pass (7-day or 30-day) starts the moment payment is confirmed. During your window you can download as many assets as you need; everything you download is yours to keep under the included license after the window ends.
4. Didn't receive your order?
- First, check your spam/junk folder for the delivery email.
- Entered the wrong email address? Contact us and we will redirect your access to the correct one.
- Payment confirmed but no access after 1 hour? Report it via our Contact page with your order number — delivery issues are prioritized and usually resolved within a few hours.
